About Internet Support Requests
The Internet Support Request application (ISR) gives IMC clients the ability to place and monitor support requests electronically. This web site will benefit you by reducing the time spent in voice communication with IMC and speeding the resolution of the support issue.

Your request will be assigned a reference number so that you may track your request in the ISR.

Enter your Request
Enter the username and login that you use when logging into the IMC Client Account Administrator. Next, select the IMC application about which you are asking, or select "other" or "none" as appropriate. Feel free to write as much as you like in the text block. The more specific you are, the better we can help. You may also attach a file. If you are sending us more than one file, please create a zip file containing all of the files you wish to send.
